Chef Ginger Humphrey has forty years of experience in the food industry. She has managed the opening of five different restaurants for independent owners, as well as three of her own. Ginger has a degree in culinary arts and restaurant management from Scottsdale Culinary Institute. She has traveled the country to gain new knowledge in cooking and has been a chef in many places including New Orleans, Las Vegas, Tempe, California, Philadelphia, and Cape Cod. Her personal mission in life is to have a profitable destination food establishment while contributing to the success of other small businesses.

Melissa Jokuti has years of experience in customer service, managing business accounts, training, and leadership. Additionally, she has successfully managed two of her own small businesses. She has spent years educating herself, attending trainings, and networking with other local business owners to enhance the community.
